How do I arrange an electrician?+

Will I know the arrangements before agreeing?+
Yes. We discuss the charges, who will attend and the expected arrival by phone before you confirm. We also explain who will invoice the work.
Can I ask you to call me?+
Yes. Use Request a callback on our contact page. We review requests when available; for an urgent electrical problem, please call us directly.
What if nobody is available?+
We’ll let you know if we cannot find an available electrician for your area. A callout is only arranged once availability and the arrangements have been confirmed with you.
How soon can an electrician attend?+
Timing depends on your location and which electrician can attend. We’ll discuss the expected arrival with you. Travel and earlier jobs can affect arrival times.
Do you cover the whole UK, 24/7?+
We’re recruiting independent electricians across the UK. Attendance depends on a partner being available in your area. The service name does not guarantee attendance everywhere or at every hour.
